Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are handled through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you signed up.

Upgrading or downgrading

Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. Pick the tier you want. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling

  • iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Hexx → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hexx → Cancel.

You keep access until the end of your paid period. Your library and generations stay intact even after the subscription ends.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap Restore purchases in Settings → Subscription. You can also restore your purchaes whenever we present plans to you in the app. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account, your plan will come back.
