Refunds

Because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, refunds also go through them.

iOS

Use Apple's refund site: reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with the same Apple ID, find the Hexx charge, and pick Request a refund. Apple decides on a case-by-case basis, usually within 48 hours.

Android

Open the Play Store, go to Account → Order history, find the Hexx purchase, and tap Request a refund. If the option isn't there, contact Google Play support directly.

We can't issue refunds directly

We can't process refunds from inside the app — only the store can return the money to your original payment method. We can help with anything other than the refund itself: write to support@hexx.co if you're stuck.
