Whenever someone buys something from you, we send the payment to your Hexx wallet. You can then withdraw your earnings to your linked bank account whenever you want to.

Prerequisites

To withdraw, you will need to verify your account, added your banking details and have the minimum withdrawal amount in your balance.

Withdrawing funds

You can withdraw funds by visiting the Wallet tab on the app. Click the Withdraw button, then enter in the amount that you want to receive, then click Confirm to create a payout. Once we have received your request, you will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal. We will notify via email and through the app about the status of your withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing time

It usually takes one to five working days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) to process a withdrawal (how long it takes for the funds to reach your bank account). If you have not received your withdrawal after five working days, please reach out to our friendly support team to assist you further.
